Development Impact Evaluation Group
I am an Economist (ETC) in the World Bank's Development Impact Evaluation Group. I work in the Bureaucracy Lab, a joint initiative between the Development Impact Evaluation Department (DIME) and the Global Governance Practice, which aims to innovate bureaucracy through better data and empirics.
I specialize in applied microeconomics and the empirical evaluation of public policy and public-administration reforms. My fields cover development, labor, organizational, and education economics.
Before this, I completed my PhD in Economics at University College London, and before that, I was an Economic Advisor in the Ministry of Education, Ethiopia, as part of the Overseas Development Institute Fellowship.
